Trusted Pet Circles was created from a simple belief: our pets deserve to be surrounded by people they know, trust and feel comfortable with.
For many of us, our pets are family. We plan our days around them, worry when they’re home alone, and want the very best for them. Yet finding someone we genuinely trust to care for them can often feel overwhelming.
Most services help you find someone to look after your pet.
We wanted to help people build trusted relationships instead.
Why we started
Trusted Pet Circles began with Bailey, our Working Cocker Spaniel.
After losing his lifelong companion, Cooper, Bailey found it difficult being left home alone. Like many pet owners, we suddenly found ourselves balancing work commitments with doing what was best for a dog we love.
We searched for ways to build a trusted network of people who Bailey could get to know over time—not strangers, but familiar faces and familiar pets.
What we discovered was that there wasn’t really a place designed for that.
There were plenty of ways to book pet care, but very few ways to build lasting trust and genuine connections with other pet owners.
That idea became Trusted Pet Circles.
What is a Trusted Circle?
A Trusted Circle is your pet’s support network.
It’s the small group of people and pets they know, trust and feel comfortable with.
Whether it’s someone nearby who can spend time with your dog while you’re at work, another owner for regular walks, or simply a familiar face who understands your pet, we believe those trusted relationships make life better for everyone.
Our goal isn’t to replace professional pet sitters or dog walkers.
It’s to help pet owners build the kind of trusted community that many of us wish we already had.
