Using Trusted Pet Circles

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for anything that happens on your account. Please give accurate information about yourself and your pet, and keep it up to date.

By using Trusted Pet Circles you agree not to:

• Break our Community Guidelines.
• Use the platform to sell, breed or advertise services.
• Harass, harm or mislead other members.
• Attempt to access, scrape or disrupt the service in unauthorised ways.

Trusted Pet Circles helps members meet — we don’t supervise those meetings. You are responsible for your own decisions about who to meet, where to meet, and whether to leave your pet in another member’s care. Always meet somewhere neutral and public first, and never leave your pet with someone you don’t trust.

We are not a pet sitting or dog walking service, we don’t take bookings and we don’t hold payments between members.

You keep ownership of the photos and words you upload. By posting them you give us permission to display them on the platform so other members can see your profile. Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share.

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@trustedpetcircles.com. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or our Community Guidelines.

We work hard to keep the platform useful, safe and available, but we can’t guarantee it will be free from errors or interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, Trusted Pet Circles is not liable for what happens between members in the real world.

If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we’ll let members know by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
