What is a Trusted Circle?
A Trusted Circle is the small group of people and pets your pet knows, trusts and feels comfortable with. It’s a network you build slowly through introductions — not a marketplace of strangers.
How much does it cost?
Trusted Pet Circles is free to create a profile and use during our early community phase. If we ever introduce paid features in the future, existing members will be told well in advance.
How do introductions work?
When you find another owner whose pet feels like a good fit, you can send an Introduction — a warm, editable message asking to arrange a relaxed Meet & Greet. Nothing happens without both people saying yes, and you can decline any request at any time.
Is Trusted Pet Circles a dog walking or pet sitting service?
No. We don’t take bookings, hold payments or replace professional pet sitters and dog walkers. We simply help pet owners meet, build trust and create lasting relationships in their local area.
How do I edit my pet’s profile?
Sign in, open My Home, and select ‘Edit profile’ on your pet’s card. You can update photos, personality, routine and care notes at any time — changes save automatically.
How do I edit my own details?
Go to My Profile from the top navigation to update your name, contact details, home and work postcodes, search radius and privacy preferences.
How is my location used?
We only ever use approximate location — never your exact address — to suggest suitable local introductions. You can choose whether we look near home, near work, or both.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, choose ‘Forgot password?’ and enter the email you signed up with. We’ll send you a secure link to set a new password.
How do I report a concern about another member?
If anything ever feels off, please email hello@trustedpetcircles.com with a short description. We take welfare and safety concerns seriously and will always respond.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@trustedpetcircles.com from the address on your account and we’ll remove your profile and associated data within 30 days.
