Safety Centre

Pet welfare always comes first.

Trusted Pet Circles is built around trust. These simple principles help every introduction feel safe, calm and comfortable for you and your pet.

Our promise

Every part of Trusted Pet Circles is designed to protect pets and the people who love them. If in doubt, take your time. A slower introduction is always the right introduction.

Simple principles for safe introductions

  • Meet in public for your first introduction

A quiet park, a dog-friendly café, or a familiar green space. Somewhere calm, open and easy to leave if either pet needs a break.

  • Let pets get to know one another gradually

Short first meets are best. Give both pets time to settle, sniff and read each other before anything more. Trust grows one gentle step at a time.

  • Never feel pressured to continue

If something doesn't feel right, for you or your pet, it's completely okay to pause, take a step back or say no. Comfort and welfare always come first.

  • Keep your profile accurate

Honest, up-to-date profiles help everyone match with the right kind of companion. Update your pet's needs, routine and personality whenever things change.

  • Report concerns whenever something doesn't feel right

You can report any member from their profile, a conversation or your Trusted Circle. Reports are private and reviewed by our us.

How to report a member

You can open safety options from any member's profile, from a conversation, or from your Trusted Circle. Choose a reason, add any details you'd like to share, and we will review it as quickly as possible. Reports are always private.
