To make the platform work, we collect:

• Account details — your name, email address and password.
• Profile details — the information you choose to add, such as a photo, phone number, home and work postcodes, and preferred search radius.
• Pet details — your pet’s name, breed, age, personality, routine and care notes.
• Activity — introductions you send, Meet & Greets you plan and members in your Trusted Circle.
• Technical data — basic device and browser information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

We use your information to:

• Create and secure your account.
• Suggest suitable local introductions.
• Send messages about your account and activity on the platform.
• Improve the product based on feedback and usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising.

We only ever use approximate location — never your exact address. Other members see the general area you’re in, not where you live or work. You control whether we look for introductions near your home, your workplace, or both.

Your profile is only visible to other signed-in members. We share information with trusted service providers who help us run the platform (for example, hosting and email delivery), and only for that purpose. We may share information if legally required to do so.

You can, at any time:

• Access, edit or delete information from your profile.
• Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to delete your account and associated data.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
